Jennie has trained under and worked for the best in the business, and is currently riding for 2008 Rolex winner and double Olympic gold medallist Phillip Dutton. Jennie also rode for renowned show jumper Susie Hutchinson!
Armed with a wealth of knowledge and coupled with her own ultra-successful competition record, Jennie delivers priceless information to her students in a fun yet challenging atmosphere. Jennie’s talented horse Cooper suffered an unfortunate accident during stadium at the recent Fair Hill International event that required surgery on his hind leg, and then a subsequent colic surgery. Jennie’s recent accomplishments include:
- 2nd place with Cooper in the Adequan 2009 USEA Gold Cup series
- Open Intermediate Champions with Cambalda at the American Eventing Championships 2009 and Open Intermediate Champions with Cooper at AEC 2008!!
- Individual and team gold in the two star at North American Junior and young riders championships in 2008 with Cooper
- Third in standings 2009 Top 10 Lady Riders USEA!!
- Seventh in standings 2009 Top 50 Riders USEA
- Fifth with Cooper in Top 10 Horses 2009 USEA
She is also the 2009 recipient of the Jaqueline B Mars Training Grant that funded her trip to England for the Bramham CCI3* this past June.
Jennie Brannigan began working for Phillip Dutton in the Spring and was named to the USEF Eventing Training “B” list this year.
