Bids end at 8 pm Tuesday, April 30, 2019. (one item has an eariler end date due to the date of the event) Please consider using PayPal for direct payment - you can use a credit card via the PayPal program. Area II adds a convenience fee to cover our costs. When you check out you will see this fee added. If you wish to pay by check you MUST contact Area Treasurer by email with a forwarded copy of the system email showing you as high bidder, and follow directions for sending payment. All mailed checks MUST be postmarked by May 3, 2019 or your high bid will be forfeited to the next highest bidder; please follow these directions in order to win your item. We are volunteers doing this auction, please be patient. All services are good to the end of 2019 or in some cases for a specific time period - double check every item you bid on please. Lessons, coaching, course walks, instruction, etc. must be arranged directly with the donor, unless otherwise noted should be on your own horse, do not include ring or course fees. Entries to recognized events do not include USEF, stabling, late, change, or other fees; winners of such entries agree to enter the competition with the donated entry on or shortly after opening date.
Payment must be received (or arranged) by the end of business day May 3, 2019, or we will contact the next highest bidder.
